5 days worth of painting in my spare time. I rearranged the UV's and put my crayons to it, painting on a 1024 x 1024 map and squishing it down once "finished" (gave up) and used an alpha map for the visor. ...maybe I should've left the transparency out of this just to hide the "face" I painted.

The texture looks good from far away, but then again... a lot of things tend to look good from a distance. :I

When I was gathering references for painting textures, I found it very interesting how different game studios interpreted Samus' design and made minor adjustments to it, but had her silhouette remain the same throughout.
