Vectors drawn and animated in Flash with tween. (no time for that hand-drawn "nonsense" I had to import the 4 frames as .PNG's and compile them in GIMP for the .gif format because the animation export in Flash is terrible. Bonus points if you know what anime laugh was used as reference.
